Provide workflow and process analysis, configuration and training for the implementation of a highly configurable, enterprise-level Advertising, Merchandising, and Promotions (AMP) management software package to multiple large retail companies nationwide. This includes the gathering of business requirements, configuration and testing of various software components, and user training. Primary customer-facing roles include liaison, configuration, training and tactical go-live support for creative teams in Marketing/Advertising departments. Retail clients have included JC Penney, Belk Department Stores, Do-It-Best Stores, Office Depot, ShopKo, CompUSA, Circuit City, Radio Shack Canada, PetCo, Ace Hardware, Giant Eagle Foods, Wild Oats Markets, and Best Buy.
