In 2005, I went to Transmediale in Berlin, in February, which is pretty damn cold. I did a commando live AV show in the Salon with a receptive audience. My set-up consisted of a single laptop running Ableton and Vidvox Grid 2. I used a wireless game controller that had its output modified to send MIDI into both apps. It was fairly successful technically, and the performance was well-received. The content was a live audio/video personal poetic narrative on basic communication within the context of the everyday mundane aspects of homelife in semi-rural Colorado.
